Craig currently serves as VP of Operations at BSOS, where he builds supply chain finance and cross-border payment products that blend traditional banking with DeFi liquidity. Under his leadership, BSOS joined the SAP.io ecosystem and incubated ISLE—an innovative lending protocol backed by Outlier Ventures, Mask Network, and Anti Capital.

Previously, Craig leveraged his product strategy and UX background to drive startup growth. At RockCity, he integrated Binance and CyberConnect ecosystems to scale a decentralized social wallet to 800k users, culminating in an acquisition by Xunlei. During his tenure at ChargeSmith, he led the team building an EV charging map covering 70% of Taiwan’s car owners, resulting in an official Google Maps partnership and annual revenue of NT$20 million.
Prior to his startup endeavors, Craig led a 50-person team at Kika Tech as Global Design Director and Taiwan General Manager, delivering AI-powered communication experiences to over 200 million users. He brings over a decade of UX expertise from Acer, ASUS, and Groupon, and currently shares his knowledge as an adjunct lecturer at Shih Chien University, inspiring future product innovators.
